Warren Symphony Society Names New Music Director & Conductor

Andrew Neer, a Metro-Detroit-based conductor, was recently selected to serve as the 4th Music Director and Conductor of the Warren Symphony Orchestra (WSO) in their landmark 50th season.
American conductor, Andrew Neer, has lived in Macomb County for the majority of his life and he is thrilled to join the Warren Symphony Orchestra family. He is known for his dynamic and expressive style of conducting and creative passion on and off the podium. His experience as a conductor stretches from here in Michigan to Eastern Europe. He is excited to continue the great legacy of fantastic music-making with the WSO! The WSO is an award-winning cultural force in the community and is proud to have been chosen as Outstanding Community Orchestra at the Detroit Music Awards on seven occasions.

The WSO is also proud of its commitment to our youth, and each year the Warren Symphony Orchestra reaches over 2,000 elementary students through youth engagement concerts.
